Nashville SC call up Alan Carleton against CF Montréal

Huntsville City FC's leading scorer is signed to his fourth and final short-term loan in 2025

Nashville SC have signed midfielder Alan Carleton to a short-term loan from Huntsville City FC ahead of Saturday's match against CF Montréal.

Carleton, 20, made his MLS debut with Nashville earlier this season. The attacking midfielder has been a standout with Huntsville City in MLS NEXT Pro this season, leading the team with both goals (12) and assists (6).

This is Carleton's fourth short-term callup from Huntsville City FC this season. Per MLS rules, players can be signed to a maximum of four short-term loans per season before requiring an MLS contract.

Carleton is expected to play a bigger role with Nashville SC in 2026.
