NASHVILLE, TN - After a breakout year with the Canadian National Team in 2024, Nashville SC attacker Jacob Shaffelburg is hoping to replicate that success at club level. His first opportunity to do so is during preseason as Nashville prepare for 2025.

The Nashville SC winger had a great Copa America, WCQs and friendlies performances, contributing with four goals and an assist.

"I have the same mentality every time," Shaffelburg told media at Nashville SC's Vanderbilt Health Training Center. "I don't think I've come into a season thinking I have any role on lock. I think it should be everyone's mindset just come in and fight for your spot."
