The Boys in Gold are heading to Queen City to take on Wilfried Zaha's Charlotte FC. Like a handful of Nashville SC fixtures, there's still a "will they, won't they" element to considering this a rivalry match.
While the two teams are equal in points and goal differential, one thing that separates the Crown is their perfect home record. Through the power of Sir Minty, Charlotte have won all three of their home matches this season, making this one of the hardest away trips for any team in MLS.

Charlotte FC snapshot
After a fairly disappointing first two MLS seasons, Charlotte FC impressed in 2024 under head coach Dean Smith. They conceded the fewest goals in the Eastern conference and proved to be very hard to play against.
The squad reinforcement started in the summer of 2024 with the addition of USMNT captain and center back Tim Ream and Spanish midfielder Pep Biel. The Crown had a steller winter transfer window as well, adding Wilfried Zaha, Eryk Williamson and Souleyman Doumbia to the squad.
